What sizes do you carry?
The Kevlar Motorbike Shirt runs from XXS to 4XL. Our motorcycle boots are available in US sizes 8 to 14, though availability by size can vary, check the product page for current stock.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size chart. For the shirt, measure your chest and compare against the chart. For boots, we recommend checking our boot sizing guide before ordering, since motorcycle boots often fit differently than regular shoes.
What if I'm between sizes?
For both the shirt and boots, we generally recommend sizing up if you're unsure. A slightly roomier fit is more comfortable than something too tight, especially once you factor in layering or riding socks.
Protection & Materials
Is your gear CE certified?
The shirt and boots themselves are not CE-certified garments. The removable shoulder armor insert in the shirt is certified to EN 1621-1:2012 (Level 1), a recognized standard for impact protection. We explain this distinction in detail in our blog post, Kevlar Lining Without CE Certification.
What is the shirt made of?
A cotton outer shell with a full Kevlar (aramid fiber) lining for abrasion resistance, plus removable armor inserts at the shoulders and elbows.
Are the armor inserts removable?
Yes. The shoulder and elbow inserts can be taken out if you prefer to wear the shirt without them, or swapped as they wear.

How long does shipping take?
Processing and delivery times are noted at checkout based on your location. If you need a specific delivery window, reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to confirm.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. See our full refund policy for details.
