Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 4 business days after payment confirmation.

- Orders are processed Monday through Friday

- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders ship via USPS Ground.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 2–5 business days, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat shipping fee of $20 per order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. Tracking details are emailed once the package ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

- The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order

- Original shipping fees are not refunded

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a shipment is marked Delivered by USPS, the order is considered fulfilled. We are not liable for loss or theft occurring after confirmed delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring packages can be received at a secure location.

If a package shows as delivered but cannot be found, customers should:

- Check with household members and neighbors

- Look around the delivery location

- Contact their local USPS office

We will assist with carrier claims when possible.

Delivery Issue Support (Limited Guarantee)

Although we are not responsible for theft after delivery, we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement or refund per customer for a package marked delivered under the following conditions:

- The shipping address provided at checkout was accurate

- The order was not flagged as high-risk or fraudulent

- We are contacted within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp

- The customer confirms they checked with neighbors/household members

- A police report may be required for stolen package claims

Requests that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

High-Value Orders

For higher-value shipments, we may require:

- Signature confirmation upon delivery

- Additional shipping insurance

Failure to select available secure delivery options may limit our ability to assist with delivery issues.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is not automatically included with all orders. Insurance may be added to shipments at our discretion. Orders shipped without insurance are not guaranteed against carrier loss.

Split Shipments

We reserve the right to ship orders in multiple packages when necessary.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

We do not offer pre-orders or backorders. Items shown as in stock are ready to ship within the stated processing time.

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by USPS or events outside our control, including weather or service disruptions.
